Copperline is a small plumbing shop based in Parma, and we like it that way. You call, you talk to a plumber, and the person who quotes the job is the person who turns the wrench. We work on the systems that keep a house running: drains, water heaters, supply lines, fixtures, and the sump pump in the corner of the basement. Before anything comes apart you get a plain explanation of what went wrong, what it takes to fix it properly, and what that costs. Then we do the work, test it, and clean up so the only sign we were there is plumbing that behaves.
